NAJ Design was founded by two designers who originally teamed up to take part in a design competition. After winning, we realised that the awards presented at the event did not reflect its idea, values or atmosphere.
That moment became the starting point for NAJ Design.
We decided to create custom-designed trophies and awards that truly align with the identity of an event and the values of the organisations behind it — objects that carry meaning, not just form.
Today, we collaborate with craftsmen, programmers, UX specialists and graphic designers to deliver tailored solutions that respond precisely to our clients’ needs, combining thoughtful design, material quality and innovative approaches.
