Each user of the website hosted by NAJ DESIGN is bound by the provisions of the current Regulations (Privacy Policy and Information Policy). Use of the NAJ DESIGN website is conclusive evidence that the user automatically accepts the provisions of the current Regulations. NAJ DESIGN reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations. NAJ DESIGN does not sell or provide third parties with personal or address data of users of its website. If you do not agree with the provisions of the Regulations, please do not register on our website and do not download any files.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data will be the consent to the processing of personal data, as well as the requirement to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations under the applicable law, and also the processing of personal data related to legitimate interests of the Administrator.
The personal data provided by the user will be made available to persons directly involved with the Administrator in matters related to maintaining relations with the user and persons managing the Administrator’s company, and may be made available to external entities supporting the implementation of contracts/services that the Administrator has concluded service contracts with. Your personal data will be used by the Administrator only for the purpose of:
Fulfillment of the Administrator’s obligations towards state institutions arising from the applicable laws,
Exercising the rights and obligations of the Administrator arising from the conclusion of your contract with the Administrator or a contract concluded with the Administrator by the entity for which you work,
Maintenance and development of the Administrator’s company, which should be understood as internal reporting, preparing registers and marketing activities
Making it possible for the Administrator to contact you in matters related to the concluded contract and its implementation
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data will be the requirement to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations under the applicable law, as well as the legitimate interests of the Administrator, consisting in cooperation with the entity for which you work and the Administrator’s implementation of tasks related to the conducted business activity.
The personal data provided by you will be made available to persons working for the Administrator and under the Administrator’s control, as well as may be made available to external entities providing accounting and human resources services, quality management services, management services, and legal services.
Your personal data will be at the Administrator’s disposal for the duration of cooperation between you and the Administrator or cooperation between the Administrator and the entity for which you work, and after this period for the period required by the applicable law or the period needed by the Administrator to protect or to assert the Administrator’s rights.

Policy of Cookies
This Policy of Cookies specifies the rules for storing and accessing information on user’s devices using cookies for the provision of services provided electronically at the user’s request by the Administrator of the www.naj-design.com website. The cookie mechanism does not allow collecting any personal data from the user’s device.
5. DELETION OF COOKIES
